Michelle Gill, PE, is President of Gill Squared for Vets, LLC.  Michelle’s relevant experience includes 25 years of Chemical and Civil Engineering efforts, including chemical plant construction, lab validation of chemical processes, major horizontal and vertical construction program management, construction inspection, workforce and workplace safety, and environmental management.  She also has expertise in chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threat deterrence and engineering mitigation requirements. Her final duties with the United States Air Force were with the Office of the Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of Defense where she served as a Colonel.

C. Bailey Gill is the CIO of Gill Squared for Vets, LLC and a six-year veteran of the Global War on Terror. Bailey’s expertise is in secure satellite communication systems with international experience in Europe and Asia.  His most recent expertise comes from Valdosta State University’s Computer Science program and includes problem solving, analysis, design and implementation of software systems.

John Gill, CPA, Ph.D., is a Member of Gill Squared for Vets, LLC and a Viet Nam era veteran.  John’s 50+ years of relevant work experience include financial accounting and auditing experience at both local and large international public accounting firms, the US Army Audit Agency, and the Dept. of Energy Inspector General. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Ph.D. in business.  As both a tenured full professor and university dean he has in-depth experience with the problems associated with managing public and private sector organizations.

Vicky Gill, CPS, is a consultant to Gill Squared for Vets, LLC and provides financial consultation and accounting services.  Vicky has over 55 years of relevant financial experience with both private sector and non-governmental organizations.  Vicky has in-depth experience with material acquisition, inventory management, and just-in-time logistics.
